Loan agreement in amount of EUR 1'500'000

In accordance with Financial Instrument Market Law Section 59, part II, clause 14, JSC „Tosmares kuģubūvētava” informs that it has concluded a five year loan agreement of EUR 1’500’000 (one million five hundred thousand Euros) for refinancing of the Company.

Information about the Lender, the loan receiving and repayment schedules as well as the loan interest rate are confidential according to the terms contract.
