ABLV Bank, AS, will perform three new bond issues under the
Fourth Bond Offer Programme, and the bonds will be admitted to the
regulated market – NASDAQ OMX Riga list of debt securities.
The parameters of the issues are stated below.
Coupon bond issue of USD 75 000 000
(issue name: ABLV FXD USD 281016; ISIN: LV0000801504)
The issue size is USD 75 000 000. The number of bonds is 75 000.
The face value of one bond is USD 1 000. The annual interest rate
is fixed: 2.10% with coupon payment twice a year. Initial placement
price: 100% of the face value. The issue date is 28th of October,
2014, and the maturity date is 28th of October, 2016.
Coupon bond issue of EUR 20 000 000
(issue name: ABLV FXD EUR 281016; ISIN: LV0000801512)
The issue size is EUR 20 000 000. The number of bonds is 20 000.
The face value of one bond is EUR 1 000. The annual interest rate
is fixed: 1.90% with coupon payment twice a year. Initial placement
price: 100% of the face value. The issue date is 28th of October,
2014, and the maturity date is 28th of October, 2016.
Discount bond issue of EUR 20 000 000 with a purpose of
raising subordinated capital
(issue name: ABLV SUB EUR 271024; ISIN: LV0000801520)
The issue size is EUR 20 000 000. The number of bonds is 200 000.
The face value of one bond is EUR 100. Initial placement price:
81.8340% of the face value. The issue date is 27 October 2014, and
the maturity date is 27 October 2024.
Annual interest rate of subordinated bonds:
• from 27th of October,2014 till 26th of October, 2019 – fixed
discount year of 4.05%;
• from 27th of October, 2019 till 27th of October, 2023 – fixed
coupon rate of 6.00% with coupon payment twice a year.
The bank may redeem these bonds before maturity starting from
27th of October, 2019.
The subscription to all of the abovementioned bond issues will
begin on 12th of September, 2014 and will last till 20th of
October, 2014.
So far we have performed 22 public bond issues, including the
redeemed bonds. Currently, 18 bond issues are included in the
NASDAQ OMX Riga list of debt securities.
