According to the Law of Financial Instruments Market Article 59, parts (1) and (2), points 3. and 4., the Board of JSC ‘’Grobiņa’’ is providing information regarding legal proceedings and results of those proceedings:

The management of JSC “Grobiņa” today received LR Higher Courts Court of civil jurisdiction decision made on 07.05.2014. which leaves unchanged 28.11.2013. Court of Kurzeme decision with whom was decided to recover a refund LVL 1008.05 for the juridical services but was decided to decline the complain of Daina Kalniņa. By this, the legal proceeding in the civil case, instituted by the council of JSC „Grobiņa” after the request of the minority shareholders Jānis Meijubers, Anatolijs Gorbunovs and Agris Nagliņš demand against the Board members of JSC „Grobiņa”, Pēteris Laugalis and Ltd. „INVEX FONDI” about the recovery of losses and the business transactions declared as void, has ended.
