 Vladimir Egger has been repeatedly appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of public joint stock company “Latvijas Kuģniecība”, in turn the position of his deputy will be held by Rubel Yilmaz. Such decision was taken by the company’s Supervisory Council.

As previously reported, on Wednesday, March 26, the current Supervisory Council was dismissed and a new Supervisory Council was elected for a period of five years by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība”, in which 80.25% of the shares with voting rights were represented.

Ten members were elected to the Supervisory Council of JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” – Vladimir Egger, Rubil Yilmaz, Simon Boddy, Andrea Schlaepfer, Varvara Maximova, Julia Verschagina, Olga Kurenkova, Giovanni Fagioli, Kristo Oidermaa, Ivars Girgensons.
