In December 2013, JSC Riga Electric Machine Building Works has signed a contract with „Transporta mašīnbūves kompetences centrs” LLC for realization of individul reasearches. Within the framework of the Competence Centre, new systems of asynchronous drive engines with the power of 400 kW and 180 kW as well as air conditioning systems will be developed. Total planned budget of researches is LVL 2,3 million with the respective grant from ERDF in the amount of LVL 585 thousand.
