EXPLANATION

of the discrepancy in the audited and unaudited Annual Statement of 2012

Pursuant to the provisions of the clause 14.8.6 of the Regulations of the Exchange „On the introduction and trade of financial instruments in the markets regulated by the exchange” JSC „Latvijas tilti” explains that in compliance with the unaudited Annual Statement of 2012 the net profit made LVL 74 510, still in compliance with the audited Statement it is LVL 65 171, that could be explained with the fact that in the audited Annual Statement there was stated more precisely the item “Interest payments and similar costs”.
