On April 3 in Liepaja, there was a meeting of shareholders and the management of JSC Liepājas Metalurgs with the major creditors, aimed at jointly developing measures for plant’s debt liabilities restructuring  and a long-term plan for taking the company out of crisis.

By mutual agreement of creditors JSC IBS Prudentia is involved as a professional advisor for financial and commercial activities. 

By April 16 project financial advisors JSC IBS Prudentia will produce the possible solution for submitting to the cabinet of Ministers.

In the course of professional and constructive discussions the shareholders informed the audience regarding the implemented actions and their plan for crisis management as well as about their negotiations with the potential investors.
