On January 20.2011 Juris Voins resined from the position of member of the

Board. 

On January 20.2011 Maksims Pankratovs took the position of member of the Board.

From 2010. On 3.septebra JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" Executive Director.

M.Pankratovs do not own JSC "VEF Radiotehnika RRR" shares.
