JSC „Grobiņa” JSC „Grobiņa” hereby informs that it has received a notification from Daina Kalniņa, Pēteris Laugalis and Ģirts Laugalis about acquisition of essential participation in the share capital of JSC „Grobiņa”. According to the notification Daina Kalniņa has obtained 33%, Pēteris Laugalis – 8% and Ģirts Laugalis – 8% of share capital of JSC „Grobiņa”.
