AS “Amber Latvijas balzams” (“ALB”) informs that it has received a notice from AS “Rietumu Banka” addressed to Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. as borrower and to ALB as guarantor and pledgor, requesting early repayment of a loan with an outstanding amount of approximately EUR 6.8 million, including accrued interest and other claims.

The group, together with its legal advisers, is assessing the notice and is taking action to protect its interests. ALB continues its business activities.

ALB will inform the market of any material developments in accordance with applicable regulations.
