IPAS INDEXO (hereinafter – INDEXO) has received an investment of EUR 3 million from Lauris Liberts, Founder and Co-Owner of Draugiem Group. The investment was made on 23 October through his investment company SIA Pirmdiena. 

As part of the transaction, SIA Pirmdiena acquired 1 200 000 newly issued INDEXO shares in a closed share issue at a price of EUR 2.5 per share. 

The investment comes as INDEXO continues preparations for its planned listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. It follows the directed share issue announced in July, with participation from Swedish and international investors, including Alexander af Jochnick and Seumas Dawes, as well as subsequent investments by Madis Toomsalu and other INDEXO Supervisory Board members.
