AS PN Project announces that, effective 25 September 2026, Povilas Akstinas has been appointed a member of its Management Board in place of Igors Daņilovs. Povilas Urbonavičius continues as Member of the Management Board. Igors Daņilovs continues to support Lords LB Asset Management funds on investment matters.

I welcome Povilas to the Management Board, his experience in financial management and investment transactions will be valuable to the company,” said Povilas Urbonavičius, Member of the Management Board of AS PN Project.

Povilas Akstinas is Finance Director of Lords LB Special Fund V and has more than 20 years of international experience in strategic finance, capital structuring and transaction advisory. Before joining the PN Project group, he established and led KPMG Lithuania’s Deal Advisory practice; earlier, he worked at PwC in the United States and Lithuania. He holds an Executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius University. He is a Fellow of ACCA (UK) and a member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Auditors.
