The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” announces that in the Council meeting on September 15^th, 2026 a new Member of the Board of Directors was elected, because Ainārs Tropiņš has left the position of the Board of Directors.

Renāta Burda has graduated from the University of Latvia, obtaining a professional bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in management and a master’s degree in law. Since 2024 Renāta Burda works as a lawyer at the AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, while before work at the AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” Renāta Burda has held the position of Head of Marketing and Development Department in SIA “Rīgas nami”. Renāta Burda is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
