BluOr Bank AS (hereinafter – the “Bank”) hereby informs that the Bank has decided to exercise its right, provided for in Clause 3.8.4 of the terms and conditions of the issue “AS BlueOrange Bank ADDITIONAL TIER 1 TEMPORARY WRITE-DOWN NOTES ISSUE” (ISIN: LV0000802437), to redeem the Notes at the issuer’s initiative (Call), and has received the approval of Latvijas Banka to do so.

On 19 October 2026, which, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue, is the First Call Date, the Bank will fully redeem the Notes “AS BlueOrange Bank ADDITIONAL TIER 1 TEMPORARY WRITE-DOWN NOTES ISSUE” (ISIN: LV0000802437).

In accordance with Clause 3.8.4 of the terms and conditions of the issue, all outstanding Notes will be redeemed at their Outstanding Nominal Value, together with any interest accrued up to the redemption date, if payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issue.

This notice is issued in accordance with Clauses 3.8.4 and 3.14 of the terms and conditions of the issue.
