On 9 October 2013, amendments to the Articles of Association of Latvenergo AS were registered, increasing the company’s share capital by LVL 614,040. As a result, the registered share capital of the company now constitutes LVL 905,219,000. In the share capital has been invested 404 land parcels and 4 buildings with a total land area of 21.8078 ha, which is already used state capital property by Latvenergo AS.
