Joint stock company Ventspils nafta (VN) hereby informs that the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 month ended 31 March 2011 are planned to be submitted to NASDAQ OMX RIGA on 31 May 2011.
Unaudited Financial Statements for 6 month ended 30 June 2011 are planned to be submitted to NASDAQ OMX RIGA on 31 August 2011.

Unaudited Financial Statements 9 month ended 30 September 2011 are planned to be submitted to NASDAQ OMX RIGA on 30 November 2011.

Unaudited Financial Statements 12 month ended 31 December 2011 are planned to be submitted to NASDAQ OMX RIGA between on 29 February 2012.
