AS "Storent Holding" announces that the submission of the 2024 interim report for 1^st quarter has been delayed and the company plans to submit it by May 15, 2024.

As of January 1st, the Group transitioned from existing ERP systems to the new cloud-based systems in all 5 operating countries and Holding company consisting of Intelligent Rental Management System (IRMS), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and operations, business intelligent system Microsoft Power BI, Private web shop and GPS Telemetry with integration with PreferRent Marketplace, PreferRent Equipment sharing, PreferRent Equipment provision and Cargopoint Digital Freight Platform.

The delay is because the transition to the new cloud-based ERP system in all 5 operational countries takes more time to thoroughly check Groups financial data. We apologize for the inconvenience.
