The Board of AS “PrivatBank” informs that on May 16, 2011, a decision was made on introducing changes to the shareholder register of AS “PrivatBank”, as a result of which the major shareholding of UNIMAIN HOLDING LIMITED in AS “PrivatBank” was terminated. The Bank’s shares were acquired by the owners of a substantial share of PJSC CB “PRIVATBANK” (Ukraine) equity, Gennadiy Bogolybov (acquired 9%) and Igor Kolomoyskyy (acquired 9%).
