On 28 August 2026, IPAS "Indexo" received the initial notification regarding a transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from Jānis Pizičs, who discharges managerial responsibilities at IPAS "Indexo" and within the INDEXO Group. Subsequently, IPAS "Indexo" received amendments to the said notification from SIA "BWCA", a person closely associated with Jānis Pizičs.
