1.
Election of a Temporary Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Augstsprieguma tīkls, Determination of Monthly Remuneration and Conclusion of the Authorization Agreement
1. To recall Olga Bogdanova from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Augstsprieguma tīkls as of 24 August 2026 (last day of office).

2. To elect Andris Ķēniņš, [..], as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Augstsprieguma tīkls, determining the term of office from 25 August 2026 until the date on which candidates for the Supervisory Board of AS Augstsprieguma tīkls have been nominated in accordance with Sections 31 and 108 of the Law on Governance of Capital Shares and Capital Companies of a Public Person and a decision has been adopted on their election to the Supervisory Board of AS Augstsprieguma tīkls, but for no longer than one year, i.e. until 24 August 2027.

The term of office of Olga Bogdanova, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of AST, expires on 24 August 2026. In order to ensure, both in the short and long term, the legal capacity and operational capability of the Supervisory Board of AST, due regard being given to Section 31 of the Law on Governance of Capital Shares and Capital Companies of a Public Person and Cabinet Regulation No. 20 of 7 January 2020, Procedures for the Nomination of Members of Management Boards and Supervisory Boards in Capital Companies in Which the State or a Derived Public Person Holds Capital Shares, which prescribes the procedure for nominating candidates for positions on supervisory boards of capital companies where the State, as a participant (shareholder), has the right to nominate members of the supervisory board.

Pursuant to Paragraph 8, Clause 2 of Section 31 of the Governance Law, in order to ensure the operational capability of the Supervisory Board of AST until candidates for positions on the Supervisory Board of AST have been nominated in accordance with Sections 31 and 108 of the Governance Law, and on the basis of Section 94, Paragraph 1, Clause 4 thereof, it is necessary to elect a member to one vacant position on the Supervisory Board of AST. In accordance with Paragraph 9 of Section 31 of the Governance Law, such term may not exceed one year.
