On 24 August 2026, IPAS "Indexo" received a notification of a transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at IPAS "Indexo" and at the INDEXO Group company.

On 24 August 2026, SIA "Dziela", a person closely associated with Druvis Mūrmanis — a person discharging managerial responsibilities at IPAS "Indexo" and at the Indexo Group company — carried out a transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares.
