On 6 August 2026, the Supervisory Board of Sadales tīkls AS appointed Elīna Jansone as a Member of the Management Board of the company. She will be responsible for the strategic development of Sadales tīkls AS in the areas of customer service, service and process management, electricity market development and market data management. Elīna Jansone was selected for the position through an open competition and appointed for a five-year term.

With the appointment of Elīna Jansone, the Management Board of Sadales tīkls AS has been operating in its full composition since 6 August 2026. The company’s Management Board consists of Chairman Sandis Jansons and Board Members Kristīne Sarkane, Vīgants Radziņš, and Raimonds Skrebs. Elīna Jansone will be responsible for ensuring the development of customer-oriented services, improving process efficiency, and contributing to the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.

Elīna Jansone has worked at Sadales tīkls AS for more than ten years, gaining extensive experience in customer service development, business process management and strategic management. Prior to her appointment as a Member of the Management Board, she served as Director of Service and Process Management. Elīna Jansone holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the BA School of Business and Finance, as well as a Professional Master’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership (EMBA) from the Riga Business School.

Sadales tīkls AS is the largest electricity distribution system operator in Latvia, operating independently and ensuring the supply of electricity to more than one million customer sites. Its services cover 99% of the country’s territory, and it maintains an electricity network throughout Latvia with a total length of approximately 92,000 kilometers. Latvenergo AS is the sole shareholder of Sadales tīkls AS.
