BluOr Bank AS Issues Additional Tier 1 Capital Bonds

BluOr Bank AS has successfully issued 1,000 bonds in the total amount of EUR 1,000,000, with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each, within the Second Series of its BluOr Bank Additional Tier 1 Capital Write-Down Bond Issue (ISIN: LV0000112142). The bonds have no maturity date.

One investor subscribed for Additional Tier 1 Capital Write-Down Bonds in the amount of EUR 1,000,000, with a yield of 10% per annum.
