On 22 July 2026, the Riga State City Municipality, as the shareholder of Rīgas ūdens SIA, decided to approve the concurrent holding by Imants Paeglītis, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas ūdens SIA, of the position of Member of the Interim Supervisory Board of Rīgas nami SIA.

The combination of positions has been approved for the period until the completion of the selection process for the members of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas nami SIA.

Based on the assessment performed, it has been concluded that the concurrent holding of these positions does not give rise to a conflict of interest and does not affect Imants Paeglītis’ ability to perform his duties as a member of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas ūdens SIA.
