AS “Storent Europe” reminds noteholders that the voting period for the ongoing second written procedure regarding notes with ISIN LV0000103570 and ISIN LV0000107852 will end on 15 July 2026, inclusive.

The first written procedure ended on 30 June 2026. As the required quorum was not reached for either note issue, the proposed amendments were not approved and did not enter into force.

Please note that votes submitted during the first written procedure are not automatically carried over to the second written procedure. Please submit your vote again for it to be counted.

The proposed amendments are intended to add an issuer call option to the Final Terms of both note series, providing AS “Storent Europe” with additional flexibility to manage its financing structure and use potentially more favourable financing opportunities in the future.

AS “Storent Europe” also reminds that noteholders who vote in favour of the proposed amendments will be eligible to receive an amendment fee of 1% of the principal amount of the notes held, subject to the terms and conditions described in the announcement of the written procedure.
