With reference to the disclosure published on 30 April 2026 regarding the Group's 2025 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement, AS PN Project hereby supplements that publication with the Company's Audited Separate Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the European Union. The separate financial statements have been subject to an independent audit and are published as a supplementary disclosure item to the previously issued consolidated financial statements. The Audited Separate Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2025 are available as an attachment. About Preses Nama Kvartāls The development of Preses Nama Kvartāls is carried out in several construction phases. The first phase includes A-class office building. The concept of further development of landplot includes a medical or educational center, hotel or residential building, an office building and other facilities. Renovation works of the existing Preses nams building are also planned.
