Pursuant to Section 14.1.2 of the Nasdaq Riga Rules "On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Exchange Regulated Markets", we hereby provide information on the number of IPAS INDEXO voting shares held by the members of the Supervisory Board elected at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of IPAS INDEXO held on 1 July 2026: 

• Druvis Mūrmanis indirectly holds 82 IPAS INDEXO voting shares through SIA Dziela (registration No. 40203125512). 
• Mārtiņš Jaunarājs indirectly holds 57,591 IPAS INDEXO voting shares through SIA Agenda Capital (registration No. 40103230895). 
• Svens Dinsdorfs indirectly holds 63,269 IPAS INDEXO voting shares through SIA Lendorf (registration No. 40203140422) and directly holds 218 IPAS INDEXO voting shares in his personal capacity. 
• Jānis Pizičs directly holds 1,340 IPAS INDEXO voting shares in his personal capacity. 
• Madis Toomsalu does not hold any IPAS INDEXO voting shares. 

The above information reflects the shareholding position as of 30 June 2026.
