AS Grenardi Group (hereinafter – the Company) informs that on June 30, 2026 the State Enterprise Register (Uzņēmumu Reģistrs) approved the increase of the Company’s share capital in accordance with the decision adopted in the Company’s shareholders’ meeting on May 20, 2026. 

The share capital was increased by EUR 1,500,000.00. The share capital was increased by issuing 15,000,000 new shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.10. 

After the share capital increase, the Company’s total share capital is EUR 11,432,144.40, consisting of 114,321,444 registered shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.10 per share, and the total paid share premium is EUR 2,503,170.42.
