LAU Infra Grupa AS (hereinafter - the Company) announces that it has signed a Market Maker Agreement with AS Signet Bank to support liquidity in the Company's shares on the secondary market.

LAU Infra Grupa AS has signed a Market Maker Agreement with AS Signet Bank. The agreement enters into force today as of 3 July 2026 - on the Company's first listing day - meaning market making will be provided from the very start of trading in the Company's shares on the Nasdaq Riga regulated market Main List.

The role of the market maker is to support market liquidity, facilitate trading, and contribute to orderly price formation by providing executable price quotations in accordance with the applicable Nasdaq Baltic rules and guidelines. 

By engaging a market maker from the first day of trading, LAU Infra Grupa aims to facilitate stable and efficient trading environment and to support share accessibility for investors on the secondary market.
