AS “Storent Europe” reminds noteholders that the voting period for the ongoing written procedure regarding the Company’s notes with ISIN LV0000103570 and LV0000107852 will end on 30 June 2026, inclusive. Noteholders are invited to submit their votes by 30 June 2026, inclusive, in accordance with the instructions provided in the announcement of the written procedure. The proposed amendments are intended to provide AS “Storent Europe” with additional financing flexibility by adding an issuer call option to the Final Terms of both note series. AS “Storent Europe” also reminds that noteholders who vote in favour of the proposed amendments will be eligible to receive an amendment fee of 1% of the principal amount of the notes held, subject to the terms and conditions described in the announcement of the written procedure.
