Today, Latvenergo AS has successfully issued EUR 300 million 7-year EU Green Bond with a 4.162% coupon (Final Terms attached). As previously reported, the transaction was executed on 16 June 2026 with more than 90 investor participation in the final book, and total demand 6.7 times bigger than targeted amount, reaching above EUR 2 billion ahead of final pricing. More than two-thirds of notes were allocated to sustainability-oriented investors.

The bond issue has been assigned a Baa2 rating by Moody’s Rating, consistent with the company’s credit rating.

Classified as European Green Bonds, the proceeds will be allocated to EU Taxonomy-aligned projects in accordance with the European Green Bond Factsheet. This transaction further highlights Latvenergo’s ongoing dedication to sustainable financing and its strategic role in driving the long-term transition toward a greener energy system.

The allocation by investor type and geography is provided in the attachment to this announcement.

The notes are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (Bourse de Luxembourg) and will be admitted to the regulated market of AS Nasdaq Riga.
