Storent Holding Corporation ("Storent"), the parent of Storent Europe, has mandated ABG Sundal Collier and SB1 Markets as Joint Managers and Bookrunners and Signet Bank as Co-Manager to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 25 June 2026. A new 4-year senior secured bond issue with an initial amount of EUR 130m may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions.

Net proceeds from the Bond Issue will mainly be used to refinance the Group’s existing debt facilities and finance the acquisition of a US-based target.
