CleanR Grupa AS and 16 of its companies with active operational activities have received an “A” rating in the State Revenue Service (SRS) taxpayer rating, informs Juris Gulbis, Chairman of the Management Board of the Group.

The biggest part of active companies has been proud of the aforementioned high taxpayer rating for several years, while two have received it this year, raising their rating from “B” to “A”.

This is the highest assessment, which confirms the Group’s companies’ strong tax discipline, honest fulfillment of obligations, and consistent implementation of the principles of good corporate governance at both the Group and subsidiary levels.

Juris Gulbis, Chairman of the Management Board of CleanR Grupa, points out that such an assessment is a significant confirmation of the stability and long-term responsibility of the companies towards the state, employees, customers, and cooperation partners.

“State Revenue Service`s “A” rating is a confirmation that the company operates transparently, responsibly, and predictably. All Group companies with active operational activities have received the highest rating. This shows that honest tax payment and effective governance are the standard throughout the Group,” emphasizes Gulbis.

He explains that a responsible tax policy is also closely related to the company’s role as an employer. CleanR Grupa is a significant employer in the environmental services industry; therefore, the Group has a significant responsibility not only for the quality of services and the development of the industry but also for the well-being of employees, working conditions, and a fair remuneration policy. Paying taxes on the workforce, remuneration appropriate to the industry, and a basket of employee benefits are part of the company’s sustainable development.

In 2026, the following CleanR Grupa companies received the “A” rating: CleanR Grupa AS, Clean R, CleanR Verso, Vizii, Vizii Urban, VPL, VRC, KOM Auto, Eko Terra, CDZP, Zaļā Josta, WasteTech, CleanR Industry, CleanR NĪ, Tranzīts L, Lautus, and Ķilupe.
