INDEXO Bank has reached a loan portfolio of EUR 100 million, nearly doubling it over the past six months. At the beginning of the year, the bank’s loan portfolio stood at EUR 55 million. INDEXO Bank has achieved this milestone in less than two years of operation.

The issued loan portfolio includes mortgage loans, home equity loans, as well as consumer loans.

“When launching the bank, we clearly stated that we see the greatest opportunities in lending. There is strong demand in Latvia for innovative lending solutions that genuinely understand customers’ financial situations. Our rapid growth is clear evidence of this. As customer deposits increase, we plan even faster growth of our loan portfolio in the future. The more savings customers entrust to us, the more we can channel back into the local economy by issuing new loans for housing and development,” says Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank and one of the founders of the Group.

INDEXO Bank’s key development priorities for this year are to further increase lending volumes and attract new deposits. In addition, the bank plans to launch core services for business clients by the end of the year, which will significantly broaden its operations and strengthen its support for the business environment in Latvia.
