Due to a technical reason, the previously announced date for the publication of the Unaudited condensed financial statements for a three-month period ending on 31 March 2026of AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" is changed from 29.05.2026. to 05.06.2026.

Accordingly, AS “Amber Latvijas balzams” announces to publish its further financial statements in the following order and dates:

• 29.05.2026 Unaudited condensed financial statements for a three-month period ending on 31 March 2026
• 31.08.2026 Unaudited condensed financial statements for a six-month period ending on 30 June 2026
• 30.11.2026 Unaudited condensed financial statements for a nine-month period ending on 30 September 2026
