Between 7 May to 20 May 2026, DelfinGroup carried out a note exchange offer. Within this framework, existing noteholders of LV0000860146, who held at least EUR 100,000 in notes were eligible to exchange their notes for the new LV0000111441 notes and to receive a 1% fee.

As a result of the exchange offer, the existing investors subscribed to the new LV0000111441 notes for a total of EUR 7,885,000. Consequently, the issue volume of LV0000860146 notes on 25 May 2026 will be reduced to EUR 7,115,000.
