AS PN Project, the developer of Preses Nams Kvartāls in Riga, has established its Audit Committee. The Audit Committee consists of two independent members appointed at the general meeting of shareholders: Roberts Stugis (Roberts Stuģis) and Kestutis Kirejevas (Kęstutis Kirejevas), as well as AS PN Project Supervisory Board member Marius Zemaitis (Marius Žemaitis).

Roberts Stugis is a financial expert with more than 25 years of experience in audit management and corporate finance. He has held the position of Central Europe Audit and Advisory Partner at Deloitte, where he also served as one of the senior leaders of the firm's Baltic region subsidiary. In addition, he has served as Partner and Board Member at Callidus Capital, a corporate finance and investment firm. Mr. Stugis further brings executive-level experience from Parex Banka, where he held the roles of Board Member and Chief Financial Officer. His professional expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and the oversight of large-scale audit. Mr. Stugis holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, which he complemented with an Executive MBA from the same institution, and is a member of the Latvian Association of Certified Auditors.

Kēstutis Kirejevas is an internationally experienced Chief Financial Officer and Board Member with extensive expertise in strategic financial management, investment attraction, and auditing. Mr. Kirejevas currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Addere, a health care institution, overseeing its group of companies. He additionally holds the position of Founding Partner and Board Member at Zero Parallax Technologies, a technology company headquartered in Sweden. Mr. Kirejevas has accumulated substantial professional experience in financial management and auditing through senior roles at Rokiškio Sūris Audit Committee, Spindulio Spaustuvė, VAATC, and companies within the Alma littera group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Concordia University in Estonia.

Marius Zemaitis has eighteen years of experience in real estate fund management, real estate development, real estate consulting, and management consulting. His prior career includes senior roles at Newsec and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Zemaitis currently holds the position of Board Member at Lords LB Asset Management. As Fund Manager, he oversees Lords LB Special Fund I Subfund A, Central Development Fund, Right Bank Development Fund, and Lords LB Special Fund III. Mr. Zemaitis holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, as well as an Executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute.

About Preses Nama Kvartāls

The development of Preses Nama Kvartāls is carried out in several construction phases. The first phase includes A-class office building. The concept of further development of landplot includes a medical or educational center, hotel or residential building, an office building and other facilities. Renovation works of the existing Preses nams building are also planned. The project developer is Lords LB Asset Management, whose total assets under management reached 1,423 billion euros by the end of December 2025.
