JSC Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum informs that at the premises of JSC Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum at 4 Doma laukums, Riga on 11 of May, 2026 the Regular Shareholders' Meeting of JSC Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum has been convened. Meeting will be organized by using remote connection options and have the following agenda: 1. On the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025, which has been prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the European Union and in the uniform electronic format in accordance with the requirements of ESEF RTS (European Single Electronic Format Regulatory Technical Standard). 2. On the distribution of profit for the year 2025. 3. On changes in specific reserve capital. 4. On the reclassification of the Covid-19 program specific reserve capital funding to the specific reserve capital for the individual guarantee program for corporates. 5. On the classification of JSC “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum”. 6. On amendments to the Audit Committee Regulations. 7. On the remuneration policy of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. 8. On the report for the year 2025 of the Internal Audit Division. 9. On the performance evaluation of the Head of the Internal Audit Division.
The following decisions were made in the extraordinary shareholder meeting: 1. To approve Altum`s annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025, which has been prepared in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards as adopted by the European Union and in the uniform electronic format in accordance with the requirements of ESEF RTS (European Single Electronic Format Regulatory Technical Standard), 2. To approve Altum`s profit of EUR 32,082,270.04 for the year 2025 and capitalizing it in full within Altum`s reserve capital, 3. To approve changes to the special reserve capital by reclassification within reserve capital. 4. To reclassify the special Covid-19 program reserve capital funding to the reserve capital for the individual guarantee program for corporates in the total amount of EUR 10 777 000. 5. To classify Altum as a "large capital company". 6. To approve amendments to the Audit Committee Regulations. 7. To approve the remuneration policy of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. 8. To take note of the report for the year 2025 of the Internal Audit Division. 9. To evaluate the performance of the Head of the Internal Audit Division.
JSC Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum (JSC Development Finance Institution Altum) is a Latvian state-owned company that ensures access of the enterprises and households to the financial resources by means of support financial instruments - loans, guarantees, investments in venture capital funds - in the areas defined as important and to be supported by the state, thus developing the national economy and enhancing mobilization of the private capital and financial resources. On 28 January 2025 Moody’s Ratings affirmed Altum’s Baa1 long-term issuer rating, with outlook stable. The rating as well as the short-term issuer rating at P-2, the same as affirmed on 2 February 2024. ALTUM is rated by Moody’s Finance Companies Methodology, published in July 2024. On 24 October 2017 the bonds issued by Altum were listed on a regulated market – Baltic Bond List of Nasdaq Riga.
