AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) hereby declares that it has prevented the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30^th, 2024, June 12^th, 2024, July 23^rd, 2024, August 30^th, 2024, October 04^th, 2024, January 16^th, 2025, February 28^th, 2025, April 03^rd, 2025, April 30^th, 2025, July 11^th, 2025, September 29^th, 2025, November 27^th, 2025, January 20^th, 2026, and March 06^th, 2026, for which the audited financial report of 2023 is not published, but the audit of the financial report has not yet been completed due to other circumstances.

Due to reason that auditors are busy auditing the financial reports of 2025 of other of their customers, auditors currently have limited resources to complete the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023 and it is planned that the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023 would be completed by end–May 2026, whereas accordingly the Company could publish the audited financial report of 2023 by May 29^th, 2026 latest.

The Company also informs that immediately after preparing the audited financial report of 2023, for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company will publish an unaudited financial report of 2024 and financial report of 2025, later specifying the timing of publication of audited reports.
