On April 15, 2026, JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” submitted an application to the Riga City Court requesting an extension of the effects of the legal protection proceedings.

JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” informs that, by the decision of the Riga City Court dated April 28, 2026, the term of the effects of the initiation of the legal protection proceedings has been extended until August 5, 2026, and the deadline for preparing and coordinating on a legal protection proceedings plan has been set until October 5, 2026, stipulating that the plan must be submitted to the court for approval no later than the day following the end of the specified coordination period.

The leading shareholder of JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” is Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l., which owns 89.99% of the company's share capital. By a decision of the Riga City Courty dated 5 February 2026, legal protection proceedings have been initiated for JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams”.
