AS Grenardi Group, the leading jewellery retailer in the Baltics, announces that according to the Supervisory Board decision adopted on April 22, 2026, Alise Vilka, the Group’s current Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board. She succeeds Līga Emma Gulbe in this position.

Grenardi Group, continuing its international expansion, is strengthening its management team by appointing Alise Vilka to the management board. As COO, she has already been actively involved in improving the group’s development, efficiency, and governance processes. Prior to joining Grenardi Group, Alise worked for many years within the Atea group of companies, where her most recent position was General Manager of Atea Global Services.

Grenardi Group expresses its gratitude to Līga Emma Gulbe for her significant contribution to the company’s development and her professional dedication, serving as both a Member of the Management Board and Luxury Concept Manager.
