Between 13 April to 24 April 2026, DelfinGroup carried out a note exchange offer. Within this framework, existing noteholders of LV0000802700, who held at least EUR 100,000 in notes were eligible to exchange their notes for the new LV0000106631 notes and to receive a 1% fee.

As a result of the exchange offer, the existing investors subscribed to the new LV0000106631 notes for a total of EUR 2,845,000. Consequently, the issue volume of LV0000802700 notes was reduced to EUR 2,155,000.
