The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) announces that on April 17^th, 2026 it received notification of Netaman Invest OÜ, registration number 14376826, on acquisition of shares of the Company, stating that Netaman invest OÜ, a person closely associated with Alexey Aleksandrov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, had acquired 65 460 (sixty–five thousand four hundred sixty) shares of the Company between October 30^th, 2025, and November 19^th, 2025.
