Storent Europe AS informs that, following previously announced changes in the group's structure, the company has been renamed from Storent Holding AS to Storent Europe AS.

The name change follows the group's entry into the US market and the establishment of the new parent company STORENT HOLDING CORPORATION (Delaware, USA) and took effect on 16 March 2026.

Information on the updated group structure is available in the attached document.

The name change does not affect the company's obligations to bondholders, nor does it alter the nature of the group's operations, ownership structure, or existing commitments.
