Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. informs that by the decision of the Rīgas pilsētas tiesa (Riga City Court) dated 5^th February 2026, Legal Protection Proceedings (TAP) have been initiated for JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams”.

 By the court’s decision, JSC “Amber Latvijas balzams” has been granted a deadline until 5^th June 2026 for the preparation of the legal protection proceedings measures plan and coordinate it with creditors, and to submit the creditor-approved plan to the court for approval no later than on the next day following the end of the term set for the preparation and coordination of the plan.
