AS Grenardi Group, the leading jewellery retailer  in Latvia, is acquiring SIA Goldwork, a company specializing in professional jewellery repair services. Under the agreement, SIA “Goldwork” will join AS “Grenardi Group” as of 1 January 2026. 

The acquisition represents a strategic step in AS Grenardi Group’s long-term growth strategy to be the leading jewellery retailer in the Baltics, with a strong focus on longevity, reparability, and high-quality after-sales services that support customers in caring for their jewellery over time, with a sustainable, long-term approach. 

“Our customers are increasingly seeking not only beautifully crafted jewellery, but also reliable and professional service throughout its lifetime. The addition of SIA “Goldwork” to the group will enable us to make high-quality repair and jewellery care services an integral part of the customer experience,” says Ainārs Spriņģis, Chairman of the Management Board of AS “Grenardi Group”. 

SIA Goldwork has been providing jewellery repair services already for over 20 years and has built a solid reputation and extensive industry expertise. Also, Goldwork is soon launching a new and modern CRM system that will enhance  existing functionality through automation, an improved user experience, and new features, including customer self-service, as well as  engagement of freelance jewellers, enabling faster and more accessible service delivery across Latvia.  
 
Following the transaction, SIA Goldwork will continue to operate under its existing brand and management structure, ensuring continuity for customers, partners, and employees, while supporting further development and innovation. SIA “Goldwork” offers a wide range of services, including jewellery repair, ring resizing and restoration, gemstone settings, gold chain repair, as well as jewellery maintenance and care.
