DelfinGroup announces that it has received information from IPAS INDEXO regarding a planned mandatory share buyback offer. The mandatory share buyback offer is a legal requirement that comes into effect when IPAS INDEXO's stake in DelfinGroup exceeds 30%. It was previously announced that on 15 December, settlement was made for the voluntary share buyback offer made by IPAS INDEXO, as a result of which IPAS INDEXO acquired a 67.42% stake in DelfinGroup. On 16 December 2025, IPAS INDEXO submitted documents to the Bank of Latvia, including the IPAS INDEXO mandatory share buyback prospectus, in accordance with the procedure set out in the Share Buy-back Law, in order to obtain permission to make the offer. The IPAS INDEXO mandatory share repurchase prospectus will be available after its approval by the Bank of Latvia.
