AS “Storent Holding” (the “Issuer”), one of the leading equipment rental companies in the Baltics, announces the publication of the updated Final Terms of the Notes of EUR 16,547,700 (ISIN: LV0000107852) due 5 June 2029 (the “Notes”). The updated Final Terms reflect the results of the placement of the Notes and are attached to this announcement.

The issue of the Notes was carried out under the Issuer’s Programme for the issuance of the Notes in the amount of EUR 50,000,000.
