Trends characterizing the reporting period:

-     In the nine-months of 2025 ALTUM continued active crediting. The amount of new loans issued in the nine-months of 2025 is 203 million euros (+48 million euros, 31% compared to the corresponding period in 2024).  New volume in the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility’s programmes continues to be the key contributor to the increase in new volumes in the 3rd quarter, amounting to 73 million euros (+49 million euros) over a nine-months period. The volume of new loans within the programmes of this facility splits equally among digital transformation programme, programme for energy-efficiency projects of multi-apartment buildings and programme for construction of affordable housing. Demand in the SME loan programmes remains strong in the 3rd quarter leading to new loans of 48 million euros (+10 million euros) issued in the nine-months period.

-     In the 3rd  quarter of 2025, as well as over the nine-months period, demand for loans to companies with ticket size up to 100 thousand euros with decreased collateral requirements keeps stable. This initiative was launched by ALTUM in early 2024 to promote the lending pace in the regions. 812 new transactions were issued in 9 months totaling 28 million euros, +10 million euros compared to the corresponding period in 2024.

-     In the 3rd quarter of 2025, there is a particularly strong demand for the guarantee products offered by ALTUM, reaching 153 million euros of new guarantees over the nine-months period of 2025 (+51 million euros, 50% compared to the corresponding period in 2024), and the guarantee portfolio exceeded 600 million euros. The increased volume of new guarantees is driven by growth of guarantees issued in the SME and Midcap segment totaling 84 million euros (+36 million euros compared to the corresponding period in 2024) in 9 months period, supported by ALTUM’s attractive product terms as well as accelerating lending pace in banking sector. In the 3rd quarter continues the trend of strong growth in guarantees issued for investment loans started already in the 2nd quarter. To be noted, positive increase is triggered by significant amount of guarantees issued on loans for renewable energy (solar parks) production projects. Meanwhile, over nine-months period there is noted stable high demand for guarantees for working capital loans comparing to the corresponding period. In the individuals segment, the total volume of new guarantees reached 68 million euros in the nine months of 2025 (+17 million euros compared to the corresponding period in 2024). Strong demand for housing guarantees continues in this segment, which has been the main driver of growth in new transaction during 3rd quarter.
