The Ministry of Climate and Energy (KEM), as the holder of capital shares, convened a shareholders’ meeting today, November 12, to discuss and adopt decisions together with the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of JSC “Augstsprieguma tīkls” (AST) regarding measures to improve AST’s management efficiency for 2026.

Media representatives will be informed about the respective decisions today, 12 November, at 11:00 a.m. by the Minister of Climate and Energy, Kaspars Melnis, and the Chair of AST’s Supervisory Board, Olga Bogdanova.
Venue of the meeting – KEM, Latgales Street 165, Riga.

The shareholders’ meeting was attended by the KEM capital share holder, AST Management Board members, and representatives of the Supervisory Board.
